1. What are your best attributes?
I see myself as an adventurous and very caring person. I have a sexy
and classy personality that shows when I?m around others. And I have
the biggest sense of humor, why cry when u can laugh? =D
2. What qualities do you admire in a person, and what qualities do
you disapprove of in a person?
I really look up to the honest and upfront people out there ;a person
that can love themselves for who they are. I think it is important to
cherish those who give so much away for others and never expect
anything in return. The qualities that I disapprove of in a person is
the lack of trust you might have with them and I definitely cannot
deal with overconfident and egotistical human beings, everyone needs
to learn how to be humble.
3. Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
In 10 years, I see myself in an urban music production office either
in LA or New York, working on my next hit single, me being both the
producer and the artist.
4. What are your short-term & long-term goals?
My short-term goal is just to graduate this year from high
school(2005!). My long term goals consist of living out my dream of
having my perfect job as a hip hop music producer while proving to my
mom that yes, you can be happy and work at the same time. I also want
to be known as one of the first Vietnamese girls to be able to work in
a true urban environment.
5. What are your hobbies?
I love to sing and dance, but not just in general I sing in my car,
the shower, and everyone should know that I absolutely love to karaoke
or just perform anything in front of a live audience. I also play
tennis, badminton, and of course I enjoy going to the gym.
6. List any special talents, achievements / awards / honors:
I?ve played the piano for 14 years now and I write my own music just
for fun. I?ve managed to juggle two jobs, both cooperating with our
Vietnamese community in Orange County. I am a part of a very close
Eucharistic Youth Group Dance Team, and we?ve just recently won 1st
place for most cultural at the Tet Festival at the Garden Grove Park.
7. List any previous modeling, pageant, show experiences that you
have been involved in (if any):
I did the runway for a bridal shop event @ Doson Restaurant. It was
the Asian Victoria?s Secret Angel Fashion Show.
8. Who is the one person you would most like to meet? Why?
I would definitely have to say Martin Luther King Jr. Even though he?s
passed on, if I lived back then in the days of segregation and full
discrimination I?d be walking right by his side fighting for the
rights of every African-American. He is a strong role model in my eyes
because he was the start of how people viewed others. No matter what
color or what background you came from, you always have the right to
feel special.
9. If you were stuck on an island and could bring one item, what
would it be?
I would definitely have to bring my cell phone because it has all the
necessary numbers I need to call for help.
10. Would u rather love someone or be loved?
To be completely honest, I would rather love someone because all my
life I've been that way. I'm the most generous when it comes to love
and care and I always strive to make others' lives amazing rather than
my own.
11. If you were a judge, what 3 qualities of top model would you
look for?
